How to Pay Your Invoice and Change Your Plan

In this article, you’ll learn how to pay your invoice directly from the Panda Video dashboard, as well as how to upgrade, downgrade, or customize your plan based on your business needs.

💳 How to Generate Your Invoice on Panda

Go to “Settings > Plan”:

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the icon of the invoice you want:

The invoice PDF will open. Click “Pay online” to choose your payment method.

🔁 How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

In the bottom left corner of the dashboard, click the box with your plan information:

A window will open. Click on "Change Plan":

You’ll see all available plans.

Select another plan to upgrade or downgrade:

🛠️ How to Customize Your Plan

If you need more storage, bandwidth, or features, you can customize your plan:

In the plans tab, click on “Customize your plan”:

Choose the add-ons you want, such as:

Storage
Bandwidth
Live streaming
Team members

When you add or remove any feature, a real-time price simulation will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
