How to update your account on Panda

In this article, we’ll explain how to update your account information on Panda, from personal details to payment information.

Updating profile information:



On your dashboard, click your account name in the upper left corner and then "View Profile":

A panel will open. Click on the field you want to edit to change your name, email, password, or phone number:

Updating plan information:



Go to the "Settings - Plan" tab to view and edit your plan details:

Updating payment methods:



In the "Payment Method" section, you can add multiple payment methods and choose one as default:

Changing the invoice closing date:



Click "Change" in the "Invoice Closing" section:

A panel will open where you can make the desired changes:

Updating billing details:



In the billing section, you can view and update your billing information:

Generating your invoice:



In the same settings area, at the bottom of the page, you can view all your invoices. Click the icon next to each invoice to generate a PDF and choose the desired payment method:

Note: You can only remove the previous payment method after adding a new one.
