How to Update Your Account Information


In this article, you’ll learn how to update your profile information, billing details, payment methods, and even your invoice due date — all directly from your Panda Video dashboard.



👤 Updating your profile information


  1. Click your account name in the top left corner and select “View profile”:



  1. A panel will open with your current info. Click the fields to update your name, email, phone number, or password:




📦 Updating your plan details


Go to the “Settings > Plan” tab to view or change your current plan information:




💳 Updating your payment method


  1. In the “Payment method” section, you can:


  • Add new payment methods
  • Choose your default method



Important: You can only remove your current method after adding a new one.



🗓️ Changing your invoice due date


  1. Still under the Plan tab, click “Change” next to your invoice closing date:



  1. A panel will appear where you can choose the new due date:




🧾 Updating your billing information


Go to the “Billing” area to edit your company data, CNPJ, address, etc.:




📂 Generating your invoice


At the bottom of the Billing page, you’ll see your invoice list. Click the icon next to an invoice to generate a PDF and access payment options:
