How to update your account on Panda
How to Update Your Account Information
In this article, you’ll learn how to update your profile information, billing details, payment methods, and even your invoice due date — all directly from your Panda Video dashboard.
👤 Updating your profile information
- Click your account name in the top left corner and select “View profile”:
- A panel will open with your current info. Click the fields to update your name, email, phone number, or password:
📦 Updating your plan details
Go to the “Settings > Plan” tab to view or change your current plan information:
💳 Updating your payment method
- In the “Payment method” section, you can:
- Add new payment methods
- Choose your default method
🗓️ Changing your invoice due date
- Still under the Plan tab, click “Change” next to your invoice closing date:
- A panel will appear where you can choose the new due date:
🧾 Updating your billing information
Go to the “Billing” area to edit your company data, CNPJ, address, etc.:
📂 Generating your invoice
At the bottom of the Billing page, you’ll see your invoice list. Click the icon next to an invoice to generate a PDF and access payment options:
