How to integrate your Panda Video with Memberkit

The Memberkit integration is available on all Panda Video plans, including during the trial period.

1. Connect your Panda Video account to Memberkit

1. Upload your videos to your Panda Video account.

2. In Memberkit, access the side menu and click Integrations.
3. In the Available tab, click on the Panda Video option.

4. On the integration screen, click Authorize Panda Video account.

5. Enter your Panda Video login and password and authorize the connection.

Once authorized, your Panda Video account will be connected to Memberkit and ready to use.

2. Insert Panda Video videos into Memberkit lessons

6. In the Memberkit side menu, click Content.
7. Select the desired course and click New content or edit an existing lesson.

8. Fill in the title, select the module, and in the content area, click the Video tab.
9. All videos from your Panda Video account will be displayed automatically.
10. Select the desired video.

11. Click Save to finish.

Done! Your Panda Video is now available to your students in Memberkit 🐼

Search Functionality

You can enable the keyword search feature within the video:

• Activate Automatic Subtitles from your Panda dashboard
• Once subtitles are active, users can search for specific words directly within the Memberkit search bar!

How to Fix 404 Error in the Memberkit Integration

This error happens when integration is attempted using an incorrect custom subdomain.

Make sure your link includes the correct subdomain, such as: <https://yourname.memberkit.com>
