How to delete videos?
Sometimes, you may need to remove videos from your Panda Video library, either because they are no longer needed or to free up storage space in your account. When you remove an item, it will be moved to the Recycle Bin, where it can be restored within 30 days before being permanently deleted.
- Access your dashboard and go to the "Videos" tab.
- Select the video(s) or folder(s) you want to remove by checking the box to the left of the name.
- After selecting the items, click "More actions" and then "Remove".
You can also remove an individual video or folder by clicking the options menu (three dots) next to the item and selecting "Remove".
- When you select one of the removal options, a confirmation window will appear. To continue, you will need to:
- Enter your account password;
- Write REMOVE in the indicated field;
- Check the option "I understand that the videos will be permanently deleted after 30 days".
- After filling in all the required information, click "Remove" to confirm. The video or folder will be moved to the Recycle Bin.
Videos and folders moved to the Recycle Bin remain available for 30 days and can be restored during this period. After 30 days, the items will be permanently deleted and can no longer be recovered.
Videos moved to the Recycle Bin no longer take up storage space in your account. However, it may take a few minutes for the available storage information to be updated on the platform.
On the "Videos" screen, you will also find the "Recycle Bin" tab at the top, where you can view removed items and restore them before they are permanently deleted.
