How does billing work for new accounts?
At Panda Video, we care about the transparency of charges, as many customers come with a history of abuse on other platforms.
Billing occurs monthly, it's a subscription with no commitment whatsoever. You have the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, according to your needs. Additionally, the option to cancel the plan at any time is also available. This means you're not stuck with a plan that no longer meets your needs.
Currently, we have 3 plans, you can access our website and choose the one that best fits your budget and needs.
To provide a more transparent and flexible experience, during the initial two-month period, when upgrading your plan, hiring additional Storage or Bandwidth, the charge is immediate.
During the initial two months, there will be an immediate charge at the time of the upgrade. This means that the hiring of Storage (R$0.18 per GB contracted) or Bandwidth (R$0.15 per GB contracted) will be charged immediately at the time of the upgrade.
Additionally, the plan amount will also be charged immediately, proportionally based on the days used. The plan's due date will be adjusted to reflect the upgrade time.
For example, if your account's invoice is every day 01 and you upgrade storage or bandwidth on the 10th, the full amounts of the contracted additions, plus the proportional amount of the plan, will be charged. In this example, subsequent invoices will follow the billing cycle every 10th, maintaining the standard value of the total plan plus the additions, unless new upgrades are made.
All contracting will also continue to be applied instantly to your account. However, the charge will not be made immediately; any plan changes will only be reflected in the next invoice. Learn more at: How billing works at Panda Video
