Panda AI: eBook


With the Panda AI eBook feature, you can transform your video content into complete and well-organized complementary materials.


The tool includes several customization options, allowing you to choose the layout, generate content in multiple languages, and adjust different visual elements of the material.


You can also add a ready-made eBook in PDF format, at no cost, and make it available alongside your video.



What can you do with the eBook?


When using the eBook feature, you can choose between two options:


  • Generate with Panda AI: artificial intelligence analyzes the video content and automatically creates a structured eBook.
  • Upload eBook: if you already have a finished eBook, you can upload a PDF file and add it to the video at no cost.


When generating an eBook with Panda AI, you can also:


  • Generate the same content in multiple languages
  • Choose between the Classic, Modern, Minimalist, or Magazine layouts
  • Customize fonts and colors
  • Choose the eBook format
  • Define the number of images included in the material
  • Apply a header and footer
  • Upload a logo
  • Add custom instructions to guide the artificial intelligence during generation




Free generations on Gold and Enterprise plans


Customers on the Gold and Enterprise plans can generate eBooks with Panda AI for free, within a limit of 100 generations per day.


Each generated language counts as one use. Therefore, if you generate the same eBook in two languages, two uses will be counted.


The number of uses is calculated regardless of the video's duration.

How to create or add an eBook


To access the feature, follow the steps below:


  1. Access the Panda Video Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Videos tab.
  3. Select the desired video.
  4. In the video's resources area, locate the Panda AI section on the right.
  5. Click eBook.




When accessing the feature, you will see the option to add a new eBook to the video.


Click Add eBook to continue.




Next, choose how you want to add the material:


Generate with Panda AI


Select this option to have artificial intelligence analyze the video content and automatically generate a structured eBook.


Upload eBook


Select this option if you already have a finished eBook. In this case, simply upload the file in PDF format to add it to the video.


Uploading a ready-made eBook is free of charge.




How to generate an eBook with Panda AI


After selecting the Generate with Panda AI option, you can configure how your eBook will be generated.


1. Choose the original language


First, select the video's original language.


By default, you can use the Automatically detect option, allowing Panda AI to identify the language of the content.



2. Choose the eBook language


Next, select the language or languages in which you want to generate the material.


You can select more than one language, with support for over 30 available languages.


Each selected language generates a separate version of the eBook and counts as one individual use.


For example, generating the same content in Portuguese and English will count as two generations.



3. Choose the layout template


You can also choose the visual style used to create your eBook.


The available templates are:


  • Classic
  • Modern
  • Minimalist
  • Magazine


The preview displayed alongside the settings allows you to view an illustrative representation of the selected layout.



Advanced customization options


By opening Advanced options, you can further customize the appearance and structure of your eBook.


The available settings include:


Fonts


You can define separately:


  • The font used for headings and the cover
  • The font used for the content


Colors


You can also customize the background color used in the eBook.


Format


Choose the eBook format according to how you want to present the material.


The available options allow you to select different page proportions and formats.


Number of images


Define the number of images that may be included in the eBook generation.



Enable the Apply header and footer option if you want to include these elements in the generated material.



You can also upload a logo to customize the eBook with your brand identity.


Custom instructions


If you want to provide specific guidance to Panda AI, use the Custom instructions field.


In this field, you can add guidance about the content, style, or any other preferences for the generation.




Completing the generation


After choosing the languages, layout, and desired customization options, click Continue to proceed with the generation.


The preview displayed during the setup process is for illustrative purposes only. The actual eBook content will be created during the generation process based on the video's content.


Once the process is complete, the eBook will be linked to the video and can be made available to your audience as complementary material.



Accessing the eBook after generation


Once the generation is complete, the eBook will be available directly in the video Player.


To access it, click the Panda AI resources icon, highlighted in the Player's control bar.




When opening the eBook, you can view it directly over the Player or open it in a new tab.


If you generated the eBook in more than one language, you can also switch between the available versions using the controls displayed at the top of the screen.




Editing a generated eBook


After generation, you can also make custom edits to the eBook.


To do this, access the video's eBook screen and locate the version you want to edit. Then, click the options menu next to the eBook and select Edit.




From this screen, you can make the available customizations to the eBook.
