Panda Video allows you to customize various player options to deliver the best experience to your audience. Below, we explain the available settings related to colors, controls, and features.
The player colors can be adjusted to match the visual identity of your project.
Primary: Customizes the control bar, play and pause buttons, and the volume control.
Secondary: Defines the color of additional controls and text on the player.
To modify, click the color picker and enter your preferred hexadecimal code.
Controls determine the actions users can perform while watching the video. You can enable or disable the following elements:
Play and Pause: Allows users to start and pause the video.
Skip Forward 10 Seconds: Jumps forward 10 seconds in the video.
Rewind 10 Seconds: Rewinds 10 seconds in the video.
Volume: Adjusts the video’s sound level.
Subtitles: Activates subtitle display.
Picture-in-Picture (PIP): Enables viewing the video in a floating window.
Settings: Accesses additional video adjustments (e.g., quality).
AirPlay: Connects the video to AirPlay-compatible devices.
Chromecast: Connects the video to Chromecast devices.
Fullscreen: Toggles between full-screen mode and normal window mode.
Beyond the primary controls, you can configure extra features:
Show Current Time: Displays the video’s duration and progress.
Hide Controls Before Starting: Hides controls until the user presses play.
Show Progress Bar: Enables a bar to display video progress.
Restart Video After Ending: Automatically restarts the video upon completion.
Disable Pause: Prevents the video from being paused.
Disable Double-Tap to Seek: Avoids accidental skipping during playback.
Player Controls Language: You can set the control language to “Automatic” (recommended) or choose a manual option.
- After adjusting the desired settings, click the “Publish” button.
- If you do not wish to apply the changes, click “Cancel.”
