Analytics Retention Report


In the Retention Report, you can visualize both as a percentage and visually how long people are staying in your videos.


Viewing the graph is essential to identify points where viewers are dropping off and make changes to the video.


Target/Pitch and Custom Retention


Within the Retention Report, it is possible to:


  • Set a key moment in the video (pitch or CTA);
  • Track how many users reached that point (in numbers and percentage);
  • Create an additional custom retention to monitor another strategic moment.


In the example below, 67% of users reached the configured retention point at 1 minute.

This feature is ideal for analyzing the copy of a VSL and identifying drop-off points.
