# Possible Errors in Dub Generation

When generating dubs, you might encounter errors indicating that **"Something went wrong."**

This usually means there was an issue during the dubbing process. **Credits are automatically refunded whenever a dubbing generation fails.**

## What to do?

If you see this error, follow the steps below to try resolving it:

1. **Delete the dub** you attempted to generate  
2. **Wait a few minutes or hours** before trying again  
3. **Try generating the dub once more**

**If the error persists**, follow these steps:

* **Review your video** and make sure the **audio is clear and understandable**. If it isn’t, dubbing may not be possible  
* If your credits weren’t refunded, please contact our Support team to resolve the issue
