When generating dubs, you might encounter errors indicating that "Something went wrong."


This usually means there was an issue during the dubbing process. Credits are automatically refunded whenever a dubbing generation fails.



What to do?


If you see this error, follow the steps below to try resolving it:


  1. Delete the dub you attempted to generate
  2. Wait a few minutes or hours before trying again
  3. Try generating the dub once more


If the error persists, follow these steps:


  • Review your video and make sure the audio is clear and understandable. If it isn’t, dubbing may not be possible
  • If your credits weren’t refunded, please contact our Support team to resolve the issue
