Panda Video App: How to attend your classes offline

Panda Video App

The Panda Video app is designed to make accessing your lessons offline easier, allowing you to continue your studies even without an internet connection.

Below, you'll find a complete guide on how to use the app to its full potential.

How to Download and Watch Videos on Panda Video

Find the QR Code in the Lesson

To start, access the course on the platform where you enrolled and locate the QR Code in the lesson you want to watch offline. This code is necessary to download the video on Panda Video.

Scan the QR Code

Open the Panda Video app on your device. Use the QR Code scanning feature in the app by pointing your phone's camera at the QR Code displayed on the video player.

Download the Video

Once you scan the code, you will be redirected to the Panda Video app. On this screen, you'll see the video's details and can start the download by clicking the “Download” button.

Keep in mind that the video may have an expiration date (e.g., 30 days). After it expires, you'll need to scan the QR Code again to download the video.

Managing Downloaded Videos

Watch Progress: Panda Video automatically saves your progress in the video, allowing you to resume watching from where you left off without remembering the exact point.
Video Expiration: If the video expires, it will no longer be available to watch. You will see a "Download expired" alert, and you’ll need to rescan the QR Code to download it again.
Automatic Removal of Watched Videos: You can enable a setting to automatically delete watched videos 24 hours after viewing them, helping you free up space on your device.

Download Settings

Wi-Fi Only Downloads: To save mobile data, you can configure the app to download videos only when connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Storage Management: If your device runs out of space, the app will show an error message. You will need to free up space to continue downloading new videos.
