Panda Pilot: How to Use Panda Video’s Intelligent Assistant


Panda Pilot is Panda Video’s artificial intelligence assistant that allows you to perform bulk actions on the platform using natural language commands.


With it, you can organize videos, configure Player features, use AI functionalities, check analytics, and perform various tasks without navigating through different areas of the platform.


In this article, you’ll learn how to access Panda Pilot, what actions it can perform, and the tool’s operating limits and rules.


How to Access Panda Pilot


You can access Panda Pilot from any screen within the platform through the floating button located in the lower-right corner of the screen.


It is available on all plans at no additional cost.


Actions executed through Panda Pilot are only available to account administrators.


How to Use Panda Pilot


Panda Pilot performs tasks that you type into the message field using natural language.


Some examples of requests you can make include:


  • Generate Portuguese subtitles for all videos in this folder.
  • Enable Smart Autoplay on this Player.
  • Change the Player color to #3f55ee.


What Panda Pilot Can Do


Panda Pilot can currently perform more than 150 actions within Panda Video.

Panda AI

Enable Panda AI on videos and configure related features

Shorts and Derived Content

Automatically generate Shorts from long-form videos

Tutors

Create Tutors using videos and documents uploaded to the platform

Analytics

Check views, retention, consumption by period, and video performance

Reports

Export reports, generate CSV files, and retrieve specific metrics

Security

Enable DRM, manage content protection, and configure security settings

Open support requests and forward inquiries to the support team


Uploading Images in the Chat


Panda Pilot allows you to attach images directly within the conversation.


You can use images for actions such as updating thumbnails and other supported tasks.


Upload Limits


  • Up to 5 images per conversation
  • PNG and JPG formats
  • Maximum file size of 5 MB per file


Action Confirmation


For security reasons, actions that modify account information always require confirmation before execution.


In these cases, Panda Pilot will ask whether you wish to continue and will provide the Cancel and Confirm options.


No changes are made without your approval.


Usage Limits


Each plan has a daily token usage limit:


  • Enterprise: 4,000,000
  • Gold: 3,000,000
  • Silver: 1,400,000
  • Bronze and Clipador: 400,000


Tokens are automatically reset every day at 11:59 PM UTC-0.


Bulk Actions


Panda Pilot supports bulk operations for large volumes of content.


Examples include:


  • Changing settings across dozens of videos;
  • Mass content updates;
  • Processing more than 100 items.


During execution, the assistant displays the operation’s progress.


If errors occur for some items, they will be reported at the end of the process without interrupting the execution of the remaining items.


Support Assistance


Panda Pilot does not replace human support.


When it detects a request related to platform support, it may suggest redirecting the inquiry to our team.


You can also use the Talk to Support option on the chat home screen.


Important Notes


  • Panda Pilot may make mistakes. Always review the information presented before confirming an action.
  • Some Artificial Intelligence features may consume credits according to your plan’s rules.
  • Financial actions and certain critical security settings cannot be performed by Panda Pilot and will be redirected to the support team.
