This tool analyzes the video content and creates a visual representation of the key points discussed, making it easier to understand and retain the main ideas. **Mind maps** are great for organizing thoughts and enhancing content review in a more interactive and visual format, providing a richer learning experience. --- ## What can you do with the Mind Map? When using the Mind Map feature, you can choose between two options: * **Generate with Panda AI:** Panda AI analyzes your video and creates a map of the main topics. * **Create Mind Map:** Manually create the content displayed in the Mind Map. When generating a Mind Map with Panda AI, you can also: * Generate the same content in multiple languages. * Choose between Horizontal or Vertical layouts. * Customize colors. * Add custom instructions to guide the artificial intelligence during generation. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/5/e/f/c/5efce8ce8b62b000/panda-1_12czy3g.png) --- ## Free on the Gold and Enterprise plans Customers on the Gold and Enterprise plans can generate Mind Maps with Panda AI **for free**, within the limit of **100 generations per day**. **Each generated language counts as one use**. Therefore, if you generate the same Mind Map in two languages, two uses will be counted. Go to the Panda Video **Dashboard**. 2. Click the **Videos** tab. 3. Select the desired video. 4. In the video features area, locate the **Panda AI** section on the right. 5. Click **Add Mind Map** to continue. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/5/e/f/c/5efce8ce8b62b000/panda-3_7282oy.png) Next, choose how you want to add the material: ## Generate with PANDA AI Select this option to have the artificial intelligence analyze the video content and create a map of the main topics. ## Create Mind Map Select this option if you want to manually create the content displayed in the Mind Map. Choose the original language First, select the video's original language. By default, you can use the **Automatically detect** option, allowing Panda AI to identify the language of the content. ## 2. Choose the Mind Map language Next, select the language or languages in which you want to generate the material. You can choose more than one language, with support for over **30 available languages**. Each selected language generates a version of the Mind Map and **counts as an individual use**. For example, when generating the same content in Portuguese and English, two generations will be counted. ### 3. Choose the layout You can also choose the visual style used to create the Mind Map. The available layouts are: * **Horizontal** * **Vertical** The preview on the side of the screen allows you to see an illustrative representation of the selected layout. --- ## Advanced customization options By opening **Advanced options**, you can further customize the appearance and structure of your Mind Map. Available settings include: * **Colors:** You can customize the highlight color used in the Mind Map. * **Custom instructions:** If you want to guide Panda AI in a specific way, use the **Custom instructions** field. In this field, you can add guidance about the content, style, or other preferences for generating the material. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/5/e/f/c/5efce8ce8b62b000/panda-5_ul7oxm.png) --- ## Completing the generation After choosing the desired languages, layout, and customization options, click **Continue** to proceed with the generation. The preview displayed during setup is for **illustrative purposes only**. The actual Mind Map content will be created during the generation process based on the video's content. Once the process is complete, the Mind Map will be linked to the video and can be made available to your audience as supplementary material. --- ## Accessing the Mind Map after generation Once generation is complete, the Mind Map will be available **directly within the video player**. To do this, go to the video's Mind Map screen and locate the version you want to edit. Then, click the options menu next to the Mind Map and select **Edit**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/5/e/f/c/5efce8ce8b62b000/panda-8_seruvj.png) From this screen, you can make the available customizations to the Mind Map. --- ## Interacting with the Mind Map Once activated, the **Mind Map** will be automatically generated and available directly within the video player, under the **"AI"** button.
