Adding subtitles to your videos has never been easier!

With **Panda AI’s automatic subtitle** feature, you can generate subtitles with just a few clicks in multiple languages like **Portuguese**, **English**, **Spanish**, **French**, **Italian**, **German**, **Japanese**, and more.

This helps you communicate with diverse audiences and makes your delivery more professional and accessible.

You can also customize the subtitle **color**, **background**, and **font size** directly in your dashboard, ensuring everything matches the visual style of your player.

## How to access the subtitle menu

1. Go to your **Dashboard**
2. Click on the **Videos** tab
3. Select the desired video with one click
4. In the features list, click the **"Subtitles"** button

You’ll be taken to the subtitle menu, where you can add new subtitles manually or automatically:

## How to generate automatic subtitles

1. Click **Add Subtitle**
2. Choose the option **"Subtitle with Panda AI"**
3. Read the explanation shown and then click on **"Get Started"**
4. Select the desired subtitle type and hit **"Continue"**
5. Select the **original language** of the video
6. Choose the **desired languages** and confirm the credit usage

## How to edit subtitles

After generating a subtitle, click **"Edit"** to make adjustments:

* Click any sentence to edit it.
* Use the **"+"** button to duplicate a sentence to other parts of the video.
* Once done, click **"Publish"** in the top-right corner.

## Upload Custom Subtitles

You can also import subtitles into your video that you have already generated on another platform in the `SRT` or `VTT` format.

The process is simple:


1. Click on **Add Subtitle** in the video settings;
2. Select the option **Upload subtitle file**;
3. Select the subtitle language and click Continue to save the action.
