# How to fix the NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error when trying to watch videos?

# How to fix the NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error when trying to watch videos?

The **NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID** error occurs when a website’s SSL certificate has an invalid date.
This usually happens when the **system clock is incorrect** or the **operating system is outdated**, preventing the certificate from being validated.

This error may appear in browsers such as **Google Chrome**, **Firefox**, and **Edge** — especially on **older systems**, like **Windows 7**.

## First step: test on other devices

Before making any changes, we recommend:

* Test the video on other devices (phone, tablet, another computer)
* Access videos directly on our website: [https://pandavideo.com](https://pandavideo.com)

If the problem occurs **only on one device**, the instructions below may help you solve it.

---

## How to fix the error on Windows 7

### 1. Check the system date and time

* Click the clock in the taskbar
* If it’s incorrect, click **“Change date and time settings”**
* Fix it and confirm with **“OK”**

---

### 2. Clear the browser cache

* Press `Ctrl + Shift + Delete` in the browser
* Check **“Cached images and files”**
* Click **“Clear” or “Delete”**

---

### 3. Restart the browser

* Completely close the browser
* Open it again and test the video

---

### 4. Check for system updates

* Go to **Start > Control Panel > Windows Update**
* Click **“Check for updates”**
* Install everything available and restart the computer

---

### 5. Test access on other devices

* If the error happens on **all devices**, it may be an issue with the **website or certificate**
* In this case, contact Panda’s support team for analysis

---

### 6. Manually update the SSL certificate (last resort)

If nothing works, you can manually import the certificate:

1. Download the certificate from this [link](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cHKxE1Y7eoN2M8hPnPOMYqtxcalkiXT2/view)
2. Go to:
   `Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options`
3. Open the **“Content”** tab > click **“Certificates”**
4. Click **“Import”** and select the downloaded file
