# How to Embed my video in Panda on Mindz

# How to integrate your Panda Video with Mindz

The **integration with Mindz** is available on **all plans**, including during the trial period.

## 1. Copy the video HLS link from Panda Video

1. Access the Panda **Dashboard**.  
2. Click on **Videos** and select the video you want to integrate.  
3. Click the **Embed** option located in the upper-right corner.

4. In the window that opens, click the **HLS** tab and copy the displayed URL.

## 2. Insert the video in the Mindz dashboard

4. Go to the **Products** tab and create a new one using the **Course** option.  
5. Access your course, create a new **section** and a **new lesson**, then open this lesson by clicking on it.  
6. In this new screen, click on the **External Video** option, paste the **HLS link** you copied from Panda, and save.  

Done! Panda Video will now be available in your Mindz members area. 🎉
