Chromecast (Google) and AirPlay (Apple) are two technologies that allow you to stream videos and other content directly from your phone, tablet, or computer to a TV. Both provide a modern and seamless viewing experience with just a few clicks.

How to enable Chromecast and AirPlay in the Panda player?


You can enable these features in two ways:


Global activation (all new uploads and videos that haven’t been modified)


Go to the Player tab in the Panda dashboard and toggle on the switches for Chromecast and AirPlay.


Individual activation (per video)


  1. Go to the Videos tab
  2. Double-click the desired video
  3. Go to the Basics > Controls tab
  4. Toggle on the switches for Chromecast and AirPlay
  5. Click Publish to save



Chromecast: turn your regular TV into a Smart TV


Created by Google, Chromecast is a streaming device that plugs into your TV’s HDMI port. It allows you to stream content from apps and even mirror your phone or browser screen directly to the TV.


Main features:


  • Compatible with multiple streaming apps

A Chromecast device must be connected to your TV to use this feature.

AirPlay: Apple’s streaming technology
