Trouble Finding Videos with the Panda Extension

If you're having trouble finding videos using the Panda Video extension, follow the steps below to make sure the search works correctly:

1. Access the page where the videos are hosted

Make sure you are on the exact page where the video or lesson is located. The extension identifies videos displayed on the screen at that moment, so being on the correct URL is essential.

• Hotmart: You need to access each lesson individually for videos to appear in the search list. The extension does not recognize all videos at once.
• Vimeo: The extension lists all videos available in your library.
• YouTube: The extension lists the current video on the page. In playlists or inside YouTube Studio, it lists all available videos.
• Videos in .mp4 or .mov: If the page has embedded videos in these formats, they will be listed. However, most platforms use players that hide the video file, preventing detection.

2. Platforms compatible with video import via the extension

The Panda Video extension currently allows video import from the following platforms:

• ✅ YouTube
• ✅ Vimeo
• ✅ Hotmart
• ✅ Kiwify
• ✅ SmartPlayer
• ✅ Any other platform that exposes .mp4 or .mov files

3. How to validate if import is possible?

3. If the video is detected, it will appear in the extension’s list, ready for import.

If the video does not appear, it could be that:

• The platform uses a custom player that hides the video.
• You're not on the correct screen.
• The extension lacks permissions (e.g., private video without login).
