How to Enable Picture-in-Picture with Scroll (Scroll-follow)

The Picture-in-Picture with Scroll (Scroll-follow) feature allows the video to remain visible in a reduced format at the bottom corner of the screen while the user navigates through the page.

This functionality increases engagement and can improve conversions, especially on sales pages and landing pages.

Step-by-Step to Enable the Feature

  1. Access the Video Settings:
  • From the video list, select the video you want to activate this feature on.

  1. Click on "Embed" and choose the "Custom" option:
  • In the Share menu, select the Embed tab.
  • In the platform field, choose the Custom option.

  1. Go to the "Advanced" section:
  • Scroll down until you find the advanced settings section.

  1. Activate the Feature and Copy the New Embed Code:
  • Turn on the Picture-in-Picture with Scroll (Scroll-follow) option.
  • Once activated, the Embed code will be automatically updated.
  • Copy the new Embed code and paste it into your website so the feature works correctly.

Compatibility Alert

⚠️ Attention: This feature uses an additional script. Some platforms may block this functionality. We recommend testing its behavior before applying the code in a production environment.

How PiP with Scroll Works

  • Player features — such as audio, controls, Smart Autoplay, progress bar, and others — continue working normally in PiP mode;
  • The transition to PiP occurs automatically when the video leaves the visible area of the screen;
  • When the video becomes visible again, the player exits PiP mode and returns to normal display;

Important: Test this on your landing page to ensure compatibility and the best user experience.
