# Audit: View your account's change history

# What is the Panda Video Audit Report

The **Audit Report** allows you to track, in detail, all changes made to your Panda Video account.

This includes modifications to **videos**, **folders**, and **general settings**, giving you greater security and control over the actions performed by account users.

| Admins receive automatic email notifications whenever videos or folders are deleted, including details about how long the item stayed in the trash.

## How to access the Audit Log

You can access the log in two ways:

1. From the side menu: go to **Settings > Audit**
2. From a video: click the **three dots ⁞** > **Audit**

|| If you access the log from a video, it will already be filtered to show only changes related to that specific video.

## Information shown in the Log

The log displays the following data for each recorded change:

* **Date and time** of the action  
* **User** who performed the action  
* **Type of action** taken  
* **Category** (e.g., Video, Account, Credit, etc.)  
* **Description** of the action  
* **Device and IP** used  

### Practical example

If on September 26, at 2:00 PM, João uploaded a video to the "Training" folder, the log will show:

## Available filters

You can use filters to narrow down results and quickly find what you’re looking for. The available filters include:

* By **video** or **folder**  
* **Specific date** or date range  
* **User**  
* **Type of action**  
* **Category**

## How to export the log

If you need to save or share the information:

1. Click the **Export** button  
2. Confirm the action  
3. A PDF file will be generated with the data currently displayed on the screen
