  4. How to configure the CRM with Panda's Video Funnel

Panda Video offers several features to increase the conversion and engagement of your videos.

One of them is the Video Funnel, which allows you to build interactive strategies with goals like:

  • Capturing emails
  • Getting people to watch a video
  • Making sales

With this tool, you turn your videos into experiences that guide users toward conversion.

How to create a Funnel at Panda Video

  1. Go to your Panda Video dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Funnel tab
  3. Click Create Funnel and give it a name
  4. Click Add Video to include videos in the funnel
  5. Upload videos from your computer or select existing ones from your account

Videos added to a Funnel are removed from the general Library and managed exclusively within the Funnels tab, as they receive additional features.

Adding new content after the end of the video

In the Funnel editor, you can configure the system to automatically play new content after the current video ends.

To set this up:

  1. Hover over the "Do nothing" label in the video step
  2. Click the + icon that appears
  3. Select the next video you want to play

Adding interactions to videos

To personalize your viewer’s journey, you can add interactions to each video.

Clicking New interaction on a funnel video will open the settings panel, where you can add:

  • Buttons
  • Questions
  • Lead capture forms

Interactions can guide the viewer through different paths in your funnel.

Button

You can add a clickable button to the video to:

  • Redirect to an external link (e.g., checkout page)
  • Start another destination video

You can also customize:

  • Position on screen
  • Text, size, and colors
  • Display duration

Question

Keep your audience engaged by asking questions throughout the video.

Each answer can trigger an action:

  1. No action – viewer continues watching normally
  2. Go to another question – jump to another interaction
  3. Play another video – switch to a different video
  4. Open link – redirect to an external URL

Other settings include:

  • Option to skip the question
  • Pause video while answering
  • Custom layout, colors, animation, and progress bar

Each question supports up to 3 answer options.
